The Chi Factory is a self paced program of study with regular live reviews and special broadcasts.
1st Sunday - 1:30p - 4:45p
First Sunday of each month is live Sit and Spin Half Day Meditation - Questions are taken at that time, otherewise support is offered via email or online. It's great if you can have a partner with whom to train during this class. The partner need not be a Chi Factory student. A sitting cushion is also a good idea.
Other Sundays - 2:15p - 3:45p
Stage 2 and Ongoing students have live training. Stage 1 is self paced with new materials released on Sundays. Any training partners other than family members attending these classes must be Chi Factory students in good standing.

Ongoing students have access to live UCB Program Classes and class archive. Please see the schedule for times.
